BLURB?

"Emma Joliffe's poems crackle and pop off the page, performing themselves for the reader. This collection is bursting with chicken shops, market stalls, pavement drinks and all the noisy magic of London."
- Luke Wright (Praise for Citizen of Nowhere)

"Citizen Of Nowhere is a beautiful poetry collection. Joliffe has written from the heart and soul of everywhere”

-Salena Godden (Praise for Citizen of Nowhere)

Emma Joliffe likes to tell stories, sometimes in others’ voices.  She writes bittersweet poems with humour, hope and humanity.

Emma has performed her work at gigs and festivals all over the country, winning slams, and appearing on channel 4’s Random Acts. Wherever she performs, from school assemblies to the upstairs of pubs, she always takes audiences on an emotional journey.

A teacher and creative learning consultant, she is passionate about working with young people to help them find their voice and tell their stories.

She lives with her partner by the sea and longs to own a dog.
